And, we’re also serious about the fact that we’re among the best in the world at Mobile App Technology with a 100% Approval Rating in both App Stores over the last 7+ years. So, that’s why we’ve decided to make AppWraprs completely free - yep, you read that right. Free. $0, Zero, Zilch, Nada, No monthly fees, no nothing. On a first-come, firt-serve basis of course. And, the Wait List helps us keep everything fair and organized.
It works pretty much how you probably think. Add your name to the Wait List and as we finish AppWraprs you’ll move up the list. We also created +bump points to help Members earn additional points that “bump” them up the list.
For example, if you upload all the images and logos that we need - in the correct sizes, then that basically helps us make your AppWrapr faster and using less of our own team/resources, so we reward you with +bump points to move you up the Wait List.
Also, if you pay to expedite your order then we +bump you way up the list.
With a great community and our technology we think we could realistically exit for anywhere from $1B to $5B. Especially because a lot of companies tend to over-pay to get disruptive tech companies. So, we want to test the power of people by giving most of the company to our Customers & Members - and on top of that doing something that’s never been done before - possibly making one lucky Customer a billionaire.
IF we do get acquired for $5B, we’ll hire an impartial Accounting Firm to hold a drawing to select one lucky Customer from our first 200,000 Customers to win 20% of our acquisition price - or $1B. So, even if we get acquired for less then somebody will stick get stupid rich.
It’s really that simple.
We thought about gamifying it where you could do things to earn more entries, but we really just wanted to keep it completely simple, so everyone has equal chances and not play any games.
We want you to share and talk about ChattrBox and AppWrapr because you truly, genuinely want to help it blow up and see if we can all really get the company to grow to a point where it really could get acquired for $1B or more.
Note: A Customer is someone using a paid service of ours. A Member is someone who simply signed up for a free AppWrapr.
10,000 new Customers/Members will each receive 2,500 complimentary shares of equity in ChattrBox (worth $10k if and when we reach a $1B valuation). Those equity shares come with monthly profit-sharing payouts. So if everybody helps spread the word and we grow our revenue (from upgrades, customizations, memberships, partnerships, etc) - then everybody gets paid (based on the percentage of equity you own).
Finally, we’re taking another 5% and offering bonus equity for the first wave of Customers/Members who refer others. If you refer someone and they use your link or referral code when they sign up, then they’ll receive equity and so will you (ie. additional equity). And, we plan on doing something with the remaining equity too - but we might just build the company’s cash-flows and try to do a crowdfunding raise/round or raise a round - before we decide what to do with the remaining equity. Our plan is to give about 75% back to our Customers/Members.
